Construction project of a multifamily building and services. Meticulous execution and luxury finishes give another distinction to the development, compared to the current real estate.

Composed of six housing units, of different typology and exclusive floor plan for each fraction, it provides customisation features in each unit.
A shop located on the ground floor, intended for services, complements the development. THE BUILDING The facades are clad in aqua green tiles, the balcony railings are metallic.

The entrance of vehicles through the street on 9th Street, with a lower topographic elevation than that of 16th Street, allows access to the garages at level, comfortably and safely, without the steep ramps, common in most buildings in the City. The access is provided by a sectional gate with automatic activation.

The fractions have an exclusive demarcated parking space. The lift, with capacity for eight people (or 630 kg), serves from the garage to the top floor.

Special attention to thermal and acoustic comfort, where the exterior walls built in thermo-acoustic block will receive EPS insulation with 50mm thickness.

The aluminium frames are thermal break with glass specified to block outside noise and also protect from the incidence of ultraviolet rays. The exterior shutters are thermal and motorised.

Inside the building, the divisions between contiguous fractions are executed in a double wall with air gap and 40mm mineral wool and the ceiling is lowered in plasterboard with a 40mm mineral wool blanket in all environments, for greater acoustic insulation

Bench – 10mm quartz resin composite (colour to be defined), OKIO Line 100 Flat model from Rodi, with Sigma single-control tap from Urbahn.
